Our Story
In the vibrant city of Sydney two brothers grew up next to a beautiful park. Each day after school they would climb the trees and play games, they loved being in the lush jungle of large leafed trees. A time came and they moved out of their childhood home, off to college dorms and then overseas. Despite all this change their love for plants and nature remained.
Wherever they lived they made an effort to host houseplants in their space. They spent several years growing and propagating, experimenting with different pots, soils, and plants to make their space feel like that childhood park. In the process they struggled to find pots that were healthy for their plants, affordable, and customizable. After plenty of research, product testing and several iterations the Cloth Pot was born.
Sustainability is a very important factor. The bases are made from sustainable Bamboo fibers rather than plastic, and the team is currently looking for the right supplier of recycled ocean-bound plastic so in the future every Cloth Pot made will actively help reduce plastic in our seas.
We hope you enjoy the cloth pots as much as we do!
